2. Login and Account Information

2.1 If you wish to share content through our Application and Services and the relevant features are available, you must first complete the login process.

2.2 If you create an account on our Application through third-party accounts such as Facebook, Apple ID, or other platforms, we will obtain relevant information associated with that account, including your name, email address, username, social network information, and other information you submit during the registration process.

2.3 All login-related information we store will be deleted simultaneously when you delete your account.

2.4 You may delete your account and associated data at any time through self-service operations, or by contacting our customer support team to request deletion. For specific details, please refer to the section Account and Data Deletion.

3. Technical Information

When you use websites or mobile Applications like ours, certain information related to your internet and network activities is automatically generated and recorded. The types of technical information we collect are as follows:

3.1 Log Data

Our servers passively maintain electronic records of your interactions with the Services or mobile Application, which we refer to as "Log Data". For example, when you log in to our Services, we collect data related to these interactions, including but not limited to your navigation path within the Application, your IP address, the dates and times of access, application interaction logs, crash logs and diagnostic information, device information, and Cookie data. We use Log Data to operate the Services, maintain security, ensure reliability, and enhance your user experience.

3.2 Device Information

We collect and aggregate device data from the devices you use to access our mobile Application and Services, including but not limited to device type and model, and operating system.

4. Photos, Videos and Service Data

4.1 Access to Photos and Videos

To use the AI image or video generation features, you must upload photos or videos. The Application will request explicit permission to access your local media or files. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.

4.2 Secure Transmission

All uploaded content is transmitted via encrypted connections (SSL/TLS). We adopt reasonable technical measures to protect the security of data during transmission and processing.

4.3 Service Data

It is your responsibility to save the generated results before they are deleted.

5. How We Use Information from Your Uploaded Images or Videos

5.1 Depending on the requirements of different models, our Services may include human body (outline) detection, independent facial region detection, facial feature detection, key skeletal point detection (e.g., head, neck, shoulders, torso, wrists), and clothing (wear) detection on uploaded images or videos. The sole purpose of collecting this data is to generate relevant results using corresponding technologies. In such cases, the detected information will be temporarily cached in the server memory during processing and generation, and will be deleted immediately after the generation is completed. Furthermore, we do not use any user photos, videos, or generated content to train or improve our artificial intelligence models.

5.2 Facial key points and other data obtainable when implying certain effects shall not be collected or otherwise obtained without the prior consent of the individual (i.e., by obtaining access to the photo library).

5.3 Prior to deleting the detected facial key points and other data obtainable from the effects, we will adopt reasonable standards of care to store, transmit, and protect such data to prevent unauthorized disclosure. The storage, transmission, and anti-disclosure protection measures shall be equivalent to or more stringent than those we adopt for other confidential and sensitive information used to uniquely identify individuals (including login data such as email addresses).

5.4 We do not use facial data, key points, or body detection data to identify or verify any individual.

5.5 We do not create biometric identifiers or user profiles.

5.6 All such data is used exclusively for generating the requested AI output and will be deleted immediately after processing.

5.7 No copies will be retained after deletion, and the original images or videos will not be stored after the generation period.

Many core service functions of our platform rely on images and related information collected from your device's camera and photo library to be realized. We are not authorized to access your camera and photo library permissions without your prior explicit consent.

We will complete the review and provide feedback on the processing results within 15 working days after receiving your request. If we are unable to satisfy your request, we will provide you with a written explanation of the reasons and legal basis.

The request materials must include: the guardian's identity document, proof of guardianship relationship (e.g., household registration booklet, birth certificate), and the account information used by the minor (if any). We do not intentionally collect or solicit any information from individuals under the age of 13, nor do we intentionally allow such individuals to register for the Services. 19. Security

The technologies we use and the policies we implement are designed to protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized access and improper use. If you use a password to access our Services, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. Do not share it with others. If you suspect that your password has been misused or your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately.

19.2 Data Storage: Sensitive data such as user-uploaded photos/videos and generated results are stored on encrypted servers (AES-256 encryption), and access is only granted to authorized operation and maintenance personnel when necessary (requiring multi-factor authentication).
19.3 Access Control: A strict permission classification system is established to limit the scope of internal personnel's access to user data, and all access activities are recorded in audit logs.
19.4 Emergency Response Mechanism: In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users through in-app announcements, emails, and other means within 72 hours of discovery (if required to comply with local data protection laws), and take remedial measures and report to the relevant competent authorities.

AI-generated content is automatically generated and does not represent our views. Users shall be solely responsible for the manner in which they use or share the generated content.

22. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In the event of material changes (including but not limited to expansion of data collection scope, changes in use purposes, or changes in data sharing recipients), we will notify you of the changes and their effective date at least 30 days in advance through in-app pop-ups, emails sent to your registered email address, and other means. Non-material changes will be announced via in-app notifications after the update. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Services and delete your account.
